Since 1999, Carolyn's leadership has taken MQO Research from a single office operation in St. John's to a leading research provider with offices across Atlantic Canada. Today, as the current President of MRIA's Atlantic Chapter, and a member of MRIA's national Board of Directors, she is a strong and vocal advocate of the research industry in all four Atlantic Provinces.
Carolyn is an outstanding operations leader, who is constantly searching for new ways to expand MQO's research capacity and methods, ensuring that all MQO research projects meet the needs and expectations of discerning research clients in the Atlantic region and beyond. And in a period when the research industry in Canada finds itself evolving to meet the needs of an increasingly web savvy consumer, Carolyn is ensuring that MQO and its team is ready to meet the challenge, with progressive products and methodologies.
With over 20 years of progressive research experiences behind her, Corinne brings exceptional depth to the MQO team in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
In quantitative research, Corinne has completed over 350 projects spanning a host of data collection techniques including telephone, mail-back, Internet-based and on-site. On the qualitative side, Corinne is an experienced focus group moderator and discussion group facilitator, having 18 years of moderating and facilitation experience in the private and public sectors. Over that period, she has conducted close to 200 focus groups covering a host of topics and sectors.
Her research project experience includes customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, member and stakeholder satisfaction and attitudes, consumer behaviour and attitudes, social and political attitudes, corporate image, employee engagement, training, advertising testing, concept testing, travel behaviour, visitor satisfaction and product assessment.

Cheryl is a senior research and planning consultant who brings over 35 years experience in the field of quantitative research and analysis. Cheryl is MQO's resident expert on customer loyalty and satisfaction, and in that capacity, she serves as a chief advisor to our entire team of consultants. Her research background has spanned a wide and diverse range of topics with a high degree of concentration on market insight. Cheryl currently directs the work of MQO's largest client: Bell Aliant, providing analysis and insights for their work in all four Atlantic provinces and parts of Québec and Ontario.
Cheryl is a member of the MRIA and has an honors degree in mathematics (cum laude) from Carleton University.
Patricia is the latest member of MQO's professional team, and what an addition. As our new Director of Evaluation, Patricia brings over 9 years' experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research and program evaluations, and has over 6 years' of project management experience. She is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) and is the current President of the Canadian Evaluation Society - Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter. Patricia has a Master's of Applied Social Psychology (MASP) degree from Memorial University. She has formal training in program evaluation, key informant interviews, case studies, focus group facilitation, survey development and data analysis. Patricia's experience has been in all phases of evaluation methodologies; including project design, data collection, statistical analysis, report writing and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Prior to joining MQO Research, Patricia worked as a Manager with the Provincial Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in policy development, and as a Senior Consultant with Goss Gilroy Inc. conducting both provincial and national evaluations.
